If you are having problems getting the video stories on disc to play on your computer, here are some suggestions:

• You may need to upgrade your version of Windows Media Player.
• You may need to install Windows Media Player.
• You may try opening your CD-ROM drive file, click on the folder named FILES and click on the file which has the name of the person's story you would like to hear.
• You may be able to listen to the video online.
